It was a day full of competitive football, played in great spirit by all teams. The forecasted rain held off, allowing for a solid turnout and a fantastic atmosphere throughout the day.
While the result didn’t go our way, we’re proud of the fight shown across all grades. A big thank you to all players, coaches, volunteers, and supporters who made the day one to remember—and congratulations to International on retaining the Cup.
Mr Thomas would have been immensely proud. Proud of the fight, the sportsmanship, and the way the club continues to bring people together through the game he loved so much.
We look forward to next year’s rematch with pride, determination, and the legacy of Mr Thomas firmly in our hearts.
