National Volunteer Week 2025
Celebrating National Volunteer Week 2025 at Apollo FC
From 19th to 25th May, Apollo Football Club proudly joins the nation in celebrating National Volunteer Week 2025—and we have every reason to celebrate. Our club is powered by the passion, dedication, and tireless efforts of volunteers who go above and beyond to make Apollo FC the thriving community it is today.
From coaches and team managers to canteen helpers, committee members, groundskeepers, and countless behind-the-scenes contributors, our volunteers are the heart and soul of our club. Without you, none of it would be possible.
This year’s theme, Connecting Communities, perfectly captures the spirit of Apollo FC. We're more than just a football club—we’re a vibrant community hub where people of all ages, backgrounds, and cultures come together through a shared love of football.
To every volunteer: thank you. Your time, energy, and dedication not only support our teams but also strengthen the bonds within our community. Your contributions help us grow, thrive, and inspire the next generation.
Throughout National Volunteer Week, we’re shining a light on the incredible individuals who keep Apollo FC running strong. See some of our volunteer spotlights below and join us in celebrating the people who give so much and ask for nothing in return.
